MGT Suite is very beautiful Metacity themes for the GNOME desktop. It includes 5 versions: blue, red, brown, gray and green. MGT Suite is made by Cisoun. Thanks!

How to install

  1. Download MGT Suite from deviantART website and save to your desktop.
  2. Run terminal program and go to Desktop folder:

    cd ~/Desktop
    mv MGT_Suite_Metacity_Pack_by_Cisoun.gz MGT_Suite_Metacity_Pack_by_Cisoun.tar.gz
    tar zxvf MGT_Suite_Metacity_Pack_by_Cisoun.tar.gz
    cd MGT\ Suite\ Metacity\ Pack/
    tar zxvf MGT\ Suite\ v0.1\ -\ Blue.tar.gz -C ~/.themes/
    tar zxvf MGT\ Suite\ v0.1\ -\ Brown.tar.gz -C ~/.themes/
    tar zxvf MGT\ Suite\ v0.1\ -\ Gray.tar.gz -C ~/.themes/

Finally, someone agrees with me.. the title bar is way too tall.

Yes it’s a style (for those who love it…) but look at the update. ;)

It’s a nice idea for a theme, but I absolutely hate it. I even dislike title bars now :-) If you could create a theme with really tiny titlebars (about 10 pixels high), I’d definitely use it.
